Woe unto you, ye blind guides, which say, Whosoever shall swear by the temple, it is nothing; but whosoever shall swear by the gold of the temple, he is a debtor!

Woe to you, blind guides who are saying, Whoever puts himself under oath by the inner sanctuary of the temple, the oath is not binding. But whoever puts himself under oath by the gold of the inner sanctuary, the oath is binding upon him.
