And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; |
And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; |
And not only this, but we (let us) also exult in our tribulations, knowing that tribulation brings about perseverance; |

Not only so, but we also (or let us) rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; |
Moreover [let us also be full of joy now!] let us exult and triumph in our troubles and rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that pressure and affliction and hardship produce patient and unswerving endurance. |
And not only this, but we also are exulting in our tribulations, knowing that this tribulation produces endurance, |

This doesn’t mean, of course, that we have only a hope of future joy – we can be full of joy here and now even in our trials and troubles. These very things will give us patient endurance; |
And not only that, but this too: let us continue exulting in our sufferings, for we know that suffering produces endurance, |
