And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
New King James Version
And all who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
New American Standard Bible
And all who dwell on the earth will worship him, everyone whose name has not been written from the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who has been slain. (Or, written in the book...slain from the foundation of the world.)
New International Version
All inhabitants of the earth will worship the beast - all whose names have not been written in the book of life belonging to the Lamb that was slain from the creation of the world. (Or, written from the creation of the world in the book of life belonging to the Lamb that was slain.)

And they shall worship him, all who dwell upon the earth, [everyone] whose name does not stand written in the scroll of life [the scroll] belonging to the Lamb who has been slain [in the mind and purpose of God] since the time when the foundations of the universe were laid, and who is looked upon [by God] as the slain Lamb at present.
