Leviticus 23:13

And the meat offering thereof shall be two tenth deals of fine flour mingled with oil, an offering made by fire unto the LORD for a sweet savour: and the drink offering thereof shall be of wine, the fourth part of an hin.

‘Its grain offering shall be two-tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with oil, an offering made by fire to the LORD, for a sweet aroma; and its drink offering shall be of wine, one-fourth of a hin.
New American Standard Bible

‘Its grain offering shall be two-tenths of an ephah (two quarts) of fine flour mixed with oil, an offering by fire to the LORD for a soothing aroma, with its libation, a fourth (one quart) of a hin (approximately one gallon) of wine.
New International Version

together with its grain offering of two-tenths of an ephah (that is, probably about 4 quarts or about 4.5 liters) of fine flour mixed with oil – an offering made to the LORD by fire, a pleasing aroma – and its drink offering of a quarter of a hin (that is, probably about 1 quart or about 1 liter) of wine.

Its cereal offering shall be two-tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with oil, an offering made by fire to the Lord for a sweet, pleasing, and satisfying fragrance; and the drink offering of it [to be poured out] shall be of wine, a fourth of a hin.
