So I spake unto you; and ye would not hear, but rebelled against the commandment of the LORD, and went presumptuously up into the hill.
New King James Version

“So I spoke to you; yet you would not listen, but rebelled against the command of the LORD, and presumptuously (willfully) went up into the mountain.
New American Standard Bible

“So I spoke to you, but you would not listen. Instead you rebelled against the command of the LORD, and acted presumptuously and went up into the hill country.

So I told you, but you would not listen. You rebelled against the LORD’s command and in your arrogance you marched up into the hill country.
