King James Version

“But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother (some, without cause) shall be guilty before (liable to) the court; and whoever shall say to his brother, ‘Raca’ (Aramaic, empty-headed or good for nothing), shall be guilty before the supreme court (literally, the Sanhedrin); and whoever shall say, ‘You fool,’ shall be guilty (liable) enough to go into the fiery hell (literally, Gehenna of fire).
New International Version

But I tell you that anyone who is angry with his brother (some, without cause) will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to his brother ‘Raca’ (an Aramaic term of contempt), is answerable to the Sanhedrin. But anyone who says ‘You fool!’ will be in danger of the fire of hell.
The Amplified Bible

But I say to you that everyone who continues to be angry (some, without cause) with his brother or harbors malice (enmity of heart) against him shall be liable to and unable to escape the punishment imposed by the court; and whoever speaks contemptuously and insultingly to his brother shall be liable to and unable to escape the punishment imposed by the Sanhedrin, and whoever says, You cursed fool! [You empty-headed idiot]! shall be liable to and unable to escape the hell (Gehenna) of fire.
