And I will kill her children with death; and all the ekklesias shall know that I am He which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.
New King James Version

I will kill her children with death, and all the ekklesias shall know that I am He who searches the minds and hearts. And I will give to each one of you according to your works.
New American Standard Bible

‘And I will kill her children with pestilence’ (death); and all the ekklesias will know that I am He who searches the minds and hearts (kidneys, i.e., inner man); and I will give to each one of you according to your deeds.
