King James Version

When they heard these things, they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then hath God also to the Gentiles granted repentance unto life.
New King James Version

When they heard these things they became silent; and they glorified God, saying, “Then God has also granted to the Gentiles repentance to life.”
New American Standard Bible

And when they heard this, they quieted down (became silent), and glorified God, saying, “Well then, God has granted to the Gentiles also the repentance that leads to life.”
New International Version

When they heard this, they had no further objections and praised God, saying, “So then God has granted even the Gentiles repentance unto life,”

When they heard this, they were quieted and made not further objection. And they glorified God, saying, Then God has also granted to the Gentiles repentance unto [real] life [after resurrection].

And having heard these things, they were silent and glorified God saying, Then also God gave repentance to the Gentiles resulting in life.

When they heard this they had no further objection to raise. And they praised God, saying, “Then obviously God has given to the gentiles also the gift of repentance which leads to life.”
