Greek/English Interlinear with Strong’s Numbers
Heb. 8 - Greek/English/Strong’s Interlinear

King James Version

In that He saith, A new covenant, He hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.
New King James Version

In that He says, “A new covenant,” He has made the first obsolete. Now what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.
New American Standard Bible

When He said (In His say), “A new covenant,” He has made the first obsolete. But whatever is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready (near) to disappear.
New International Version

By calling this covenant “new,” he has made the first one obsolete; and what is obsolete and aging will soon disappear.
The Amplified Bible

When God speaks of a new [covenant or agreement], He makes the first one obsolete (out of use). And what is obsolete (out of use and annulled because of age) is ripe for disappearance and to be dispensed with altogether.
Wuest’s Expanded Translation

In the fact that He says, New in quality, He has permanently antiquated the first. Now, that which is being antiquated and is waning in strength, is near to the point of vanishing away.
Phillips’ Modern English

The mere fact that God speaks of a new covenant or agreement makes the old one out of date. And when a thing grows weak and out of date it is obviously soon going to disappear.
Williams’ Language of the People

In speaking of a new covenant He makes the first one obsolete; and whatever is obsolete and antiquated is on the verge of vanishing.
KJV with Strong’s Numbers

In that He saith, 3004 A new covenant, 2537 He hath made the 3588 first 4413 old. 3822 Now 1161 that which decayeth 3822 and 2532 waxeth old 1095 is ready 1451 to vanish away. 854
