Hebrews 6 - Greek/English/Strong’s Interlinear

King James Version

If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put Him to an open shame.
New King James Version

if they fall away, to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God, and put Him to an open shame.
New American Standard Bible

and then have fallen away, it is impossible to renew them again to repentance, since they again crucify to themselves the Son of God, and put Him to open shame.
New International Version

if they fall away, to be brought back to repentance, because (or, while) to their loss they are crucifying the Son of God all over again and subjecting Him to public disgrace.
The Amplified Bible

If they then deviate from the faith and turn away from their allegiance – [it is impossible] to bring them back to repentance, for (because, while, as long as) they nail upon the cross the Son of God afresh [as far as they are concerned] and are holding [Him] up to contempt and shame and public disgrace.
Wuest’s Expanded Translation

and have fallen away, again to be renewing them to repentance, crucifying to themselves the Son of God and putting Him to an open shame.
Phillips’ Modern English

and who then fall away, it proves impossible to make them repent as they did at first. For they are re-crucifying the Son of God in their own souls, and exposing Him to contempt.
Williams’ Language of the People

and then have fallen by the wayside – it is impossible, I say, to keep on restoring them to their first [literally, renew them to repentance (first step in Christian life)] repentance since they continue to crucify the Son of God to their detriment and hold Him up to contempt.
KJV with Strong’s Numbers

If they 2532 shall fall away, 3895 to renew 340 them again 3825 unto 1519 repentance; 3341 seeing they crucify to themselves 1438 the 3588 Son 5207 of God 2316 afresh, 388 and 2532 put Him to an open shame. 3856
